Our Top Spring Adventures Countdown
5. Montenegro: Top Spring Adventures by Lake and Bay

First, our Montenegro Experience runs from April to October, so it is ideal for early-season travel. It lasts seven nights, and you travel in a group of up to 14 people.
In addition, the route is full of variety. You take a boat trip on Lake Skadar, cross the Tara Bridge and drive through Durmitor National Park. Finally, you finish in Kotor, where you can climb the fortress for sweeping views of the bay.
4. Slovenia: Alpine Huts and Emerald Lakes

Next, Slovenia is perfect in spring. Our four-night Mini Slovenia Experience is one of our shortest trips, and it is easy to fit into a busy year. Spring and autumn are the best seasons, because July and August are busier.
Moreover, the itinerary is packed. You ride a cable car up to Velika Planina and sleep in a mountain hut. Then you cross Lake Bled by boat and drive through Triglav National Park. Optional rafting is available in Bovec.
3. Georgia: Top Spring Adventures in the Caucasus

Meanwhile, Georgia is one of Europe’s most exciting destinations. Our Georgia Experience runs from May to October. It lasts eight nights, and the group is limited to eight people.
Also, the trip covers a huge range. You explore Tbilisi’s old town and then head north to Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church. After that, you visit the Vardzia caves, Borjomi and the Black Sea coast at Batumi.
2. Bosnia & Herzegovina: Waterfalls, Bridges and Food

Furthermore, Bosnia & Herzegovina is a hidden gem. Our Bosnia & Herzegovina Experience runs from April to October, with a maximum of eight people. Expect some rain showers in April and early May.
However, the rewards are big. You enjoy a food walking tour in Sarajevo and visit the Pliva Waterfall in Jajce. Then you see Kravica Waterfalls, before an evening in Mostar’s old town.
1. Romania: Top Spring Adventures in Transylvania and the Delta

Finally, our number one is Romania, because it offers so much variety. In spring, the Danube Delta Experience is outstanding. Spring is the best time to see migrating birds, including white and Dalmatian pelicans.
Alternatively, you can combine wildlife with castles. Our Brown Bear Experience runs from April to October. In addition, the Transylvania Experience explores Saxon towns and mountain scenery.
